In all probability the RCMP knows who dunnit. The RCMP's main problem is gathering the physical evidence that they can present to crown council. Commercial crime is perhaps the most difficult crime to prosecute given the way Canada's pathetic legal system is set up. You don't think the RCMP is frustrated with this and many other stock fraud cases? Don't blame them. Blame the lawyer politicians in Ottawa who have created the laws and the system which allow white collar crooks to flourish.
