There is a very strange coincidence in this year's Britain's Got Talent contest: In any other year, Connie Talbot, that cute-as-a-button 6 year old with the voice of gold, would have won hands down. She just happened to be running against Paul Potts this year and lost to him. No shame, though.

The coincidence is that her song, Over the Rainbow, was sung in The Wizard of Oz. That 1939 film was nominated for the Academy Awards for Best Picture. IMO, it too could have won had it not been in the running against Gone With The Wind that year! However, the song, Over The Rainbow did win it one of its awards.

Connie has a great career ahead of her too, I am sure.
