Sure, Wall Street can legally steal, but it's the only IPO game in town. <G> Receiving stock for agreeing to purchase more shares in the future used to be called pre-arranged trading and was highly illegal. The rule now is "a new sucker is born every minute."

Highly trained SEC regulators? When did that happen? The ones I dealt with were dumber than red brick fences. Maybe they just sent the dumb ones to me because they knew I wasn't doing anything illegal. <G>
