Guess what? I just found out Microsoft is charging $250 for a Windows CE license! Sheesh, no wonder Allen Benn isn't taking them seriously...


Internet Week; September 29, 1997; Windows CE OS Gets Connected...

Microsoft released the next version of its Windows CE operating system at last week's Professional Developers Conference in San Diego. Windows CE 2.0, which will run on hand-held computing devices, now supports Ethernet connections and Java Virtual Machine, and also includes Pocket PowerPoint. It will be priced around $250.
