Disgusting.

The title of the article should be:

Goldman Sachs RULES.

Subtitle:

The US Supreme Court acts as Stooge for Goldman Sachs

Does this tell you who runs things?

QUOTE from the article you posted:

"An antitrust action in this context is accompanied by a substantial risk of injury to the securities markets," Justice Stephen Breyer wrote for the court. He said a shield was warranted because of the Securities and Exchange Commission's regulation of IPOs.

I would rewrite that sentence to read:

"An antitrust action in this context is accompanied by a substantial risk of injury to Goldman Sachs," Justice Stephen Breyer wrote for the court. He said a shield was warranted to demonstrate that the US Supreme Court also dances for Goldman Sachs, even though the Securities and Exchange Commission already acts as a stooge protecting Goldman Sachs, et al. by its pretended regulation of IPOs.
