H3's New CEO Chavis Elected President of Company

"Dr. Ben" Continues to Rapidly Implement Major Restructuring Program

NEW YORK, NY, Jun 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Dr. Benjamin F. Chavis, a longtime civil rights and empowerment leader and newly named CEO of H3 Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE), has just been elected President of H3 by its new Board of Directors.
In less than two weeks on the job as H3's CEO, Chavis has successfully taken full command of revamping the Company's entire management structure, including Officers and Directors. Chavis has also placed a personal laser-like focus on the rapid completion of H3's prototype HipHopSodaShop in St. Petersburg, FL

The power shift at H3 has been truly amicable, with H3's 26-year-old co-founder and President, Brian Peters, announcing that he is proudly passing the Presidency of H3 to CEO Chavis. Peters is now taking the lead to establish the "H3Foundation," which will work directly with communities across America and existing national charities such as Jim Brown's Amer-I-Can Foundation. Current plans call for Peters to serve as CEO and President of H3's newly formed charitable services organization.

Peters and H3 co-founder Jamar McNeil are about to embark on a national college tour, trumpeting H3's and Chavis' message of "Empowerment through Investment" while passing on their enlightening award winning experience of putting together the first publicly-traded company dedicated to the Hip-Hop generation and culture.

Dr. Ben has also announced that H3's Corporate Offices have been moved to 116 John Street. All corporate and administrative activities will now flow through the Company's Wall Street area offices per H3's new contract with the CEF Executive Management Services Team, lead by Dr. Ben, which has become the cornerstone of Team H3's management and operational support structure.
