If anyone wants to know one of five major differences between Clinton and Bush: $14 a barrel vs. $68 a barrel. The other differences include the value of the dollar, the deficit/surplus status of the U.S. Debt, the number of terrorist attacks on U.S. soil (one each at the same location) and the fact that Clinton won a war and a peace while Bush is losing both. Does anyone remember The Peace Dividend?
