We have had two insider transactions (sort of). Lerner and Schaller (director) have exercised some of their options. 50.000 for Schaller and 72.000 for Lerner. They could buy the shares for 3.205 USD per share. These were relatively old options which became exercisable already in 1998. They were expiring on September 4th, this year. What is noteworthy is that neither of the two persons sold any of these shares, but kept them. Erik
