Yeah, so did I... Then I saw the fee from FIDO. They hit me for an additional $58. for something called a foreign broker fee. I have around 20 positions in Canadian eguities, all pink sheets equivalents, all placed thru Fidelity and this is the first time this has ever come up. Called the trading desk and was told that since the only market maker on this thing is TD WAterhouse, I'll be similarly screwed on any trades in or out of Goldquest. Sorta makes it a lot harder to trade profitably. Anyone aware of this "fee" and who do I move my business to to avoid it.
