If capacity or revenue doubles (a perfect scenario) and equity is reduced proportionately, that leaves shareholders in the same screwed up situation. Nothing has been gained and that is in a perfect world, not including incurred debt, etc. And La Jolla has SFNN by the nads no matter how you look at it.
