I think they said that the fees would start in July. I've been lowering some of my foreign equities.

I just called Schwab. It's an ADR fee that the SEC has said all sponsoring banks can charge. it's open ended. they can charge whatever they want. everyone in the US will pay. no one knows how much the sponsoring banks will charge. bastards.
