Paul, What's your take on Rambus?

I'd like to own some shares but I'm not comfortable pulling the trigger at these prices (even down 30 pts. from high). Perhaps the price will continue to fall given that 20+M shares will come out of lockup in Nov. It just seems almost impossible to value a company like this NOW. The ties to INTC and the investment made by Grove and Co. are compelling reasons to own, but at what price? Your comments would by greatly appreciated.
