From the 10QSB (page 23) filed today by JAGH

"The letter agreements automatically terminate on June 15, 2007 unless the closing of the Merger Agreement occurs by that date or the parties agree to extend the term of the letter agreements. The parties are presently discussing the extension of the term of the letter agreements."
