Meh. Security is not implemented with a magic band-aid or a lump of cash. Security requires awareness, planning, and appropriate policy. The best encryption technologies are open, free, and have withstood all kinds of scrutiny. No matter the technologies involved, human error and stupidity will always be major contributors to security weakness.
