Just in case anyone visits this thread. UNFY has now completed the Gupta acq. and has divested themselves of Navrisk business. Without Navrisk they are profitable 5 of the last 6 Q's and should start putting up double digit revenue growth going forward. They will provide their year end numbers and forward guidance next Thursday (6-28).
