Glen, Thanks for your informative answer. In your long experience with SPACs, how good of an indicator is it if the stock price is selling below the cash value, and the warrant price selling for the intrinsic value if the merger completed? In other words, while the market is pricing a deal no-go, how accurate has this been in forecasting the real outcome?
