Horah ! Pretty sad when you recall that Teuton was able to raise $1.3 million at a share price of $2.64 back in December 1995 ! If they tried to do the same thing at 30 cents, this stock would be diluted with another 4 million shares. This is assuming they can raise 30 cents. Look at Eaglecrest,they tried a private placement at 60 cents to raise $1.2 million - no luck. They then reduced the placement to 30 cents and several months later are closing it with only $800,000 in sales - far short of what they wanted. I hope Teuton has better luck but they've not won too many converts with this year's drilling record and the season will be over until 1998 soon,
