Fyi.
The Bolivian Workers' Center
(Spanish: Central Obrera Boliviana, COB)
is the chief trade union federation in Bolivia.

It was founded in 1952 following the national revolution
that brought the Revolutionary Nationalist Movement
to power.

The most important affiliate of the COB was
the Union Federation of Bolivian Mine Workers (FSTMB).

From 1952 to 1987, the COB was led by the legendary
Juan Lechín, who was also head of the FSTMB.

Traditionally a demanding, confrontational organization,
the COB has had a difficult relationship with every
Bolivian president since the 1950s.

More recently, it played a significant role
in the series of demonstrations that brought down
President Carlos Mesa (2005).

The COB represents about 2 million Bolivian workers,
bringing together workers from various branches
of industry and public services as well as
consultation with many peasants' and indigenous
leaders, such as Felipe Quispe

The Executive Secretary of the COB
- Jaime Solares, a revolutionary socialist
who has promised Evo Morales "a civil war"
if the president continues what he sees as
interference in the internal life of the union -
has been said in the past?

CEO, Jaime Melgarejo, Jr, -
as said; is pleased to announce that -
Franklin Mining, Inc. -
consultant William Petty -
has concluded a series of meetings with
Pedro Montes Gonzales, Executive Secretary,
Central Obrera Boliviana.

In these meetings, Franklin Mining was, again,
assured of the continued full support
of all joint-venture projects with COMIBOL,
the Mining Corporation of Bolivia.

Central Obrera Boliviana (COB)
is the center of Bolivia's trade unions.

With 2.5 million members, COB represents
every major trade in Bolivia including FSTMB
(Union Federation of Mine Workers of Bolivia) -

FMNJ - want to assure a long lasting friendship -
with all of COB - Bolivia Mine Workers -
and don't want any neg. bolshevizm from the past in US -
not to be repeated in Bolivia -
it will be no need for it with a pos. team -
FMNJ - COB - FSTMB.

FMNJ shareholders team may state -
Two words. CERRO RICO.
GTL - the gas to liquids is icing on the cake my friend.
Franklin is sitting on what could be the final frontier
of silver deposits.
Cerro rico which just happens to sit adjacent to CDE's
san bart 9 million oz a year mine.
Starting Q1 08.
Franklins future is solid.
There will be someone step up and want that.
After all if your bullish on silver,
its a win win for franklin.
Once again...
How many proven world class deposits -
are left out there.
There is a wealth under and within that mountain.
