Bank of America Expands Equity Research Coverage with Addition of Biotech Analyst Katherine S. Kim Thursday June 21, 10:00 am ET
NEW YORK, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America today announced that Katherine S. Kim has joined Banc of America Securities as a principal and senior equity research analyst covering biotechnology stocks. She will be based in New York and will report to Robert Fagin, Associate Director, Equity Research.

Katherine Kim will head the biotechnology team effort, which also includes senior equity research analysts William Ho, John Watkins and William Sargent. The broader Healthcare team is now comprised of 13 senior research analysts covering the following subsectors: Biotechnology, Diagnostic & Research Supplies, Health Care Facilities, Health Care Technology & Distribution, Large-Cap Pharmaceuticals, Managed Care, Medical Supplies & Devices and Specialty Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Katherine Kim was a senior analyst at ThinkEquity Partners and C.E. Unterberg Towbin, where she covered small-and mid-cap biotechnology stocks. Prior to that, she was a research analyst at UBS.
She received a master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from New York University's Leonard Stern N. School of Business and a bachelor of arts degree in biology and economics from Binghamton University.
