$1.31 per unit dose looks pretty good. According to rangerboy's information, the old Medicare code allowed $.92- $1.54 per unit dose. Message 23556040

Sepracor's statement refers to Medicare Part B, and not to Medicaid, in which would fund most of the children for whom the Federal gov't pays. My understanding is that states have discretion in Medicaid which they pay a share of, and thus would not necessarily be limited by CMS policies. Can anyone contradict or add to this?

From market action (down 20%), it appears that I am misunderstanding something important.
