It seems like LUNN is in a holding patter right now until the merger date gets closer. The newco will start trading on 11/1. There should be a formal announcement prior to that date indicating that the SEC has approved the merger. Sometime in between the news release and 1/1 we should start to see some activity. After the merger, I am expecting good solid news releases from newco revealing their new contracts. Sergio
