The liberal, socialist-progressives want to control free speech. Their solution appears to be : 1. Regulation that eliminates free speech 2. Another form of Affirmative Action by increasing ownership diversity 3. Limit ownership: "National radio ownership not be allowed to exceed 5 percent of the total number of AM and FM broadcast stations, and local ownership should not exceed more than 10 percent of the total commercial radio stations in a given market." mj
