NextWave Does Real Estate in San Diego: costar.com NextWave Subleases Former HP Space Wireless Solutions Provider Takes 118,000 SF at Kilroy Centre Del Mar NextWave Wireless, a broadband software developer and provider, is subleasing most of the space at 3611 Valley Centre Drive in San Diego's Kilroy Centre Del Mar. The company will vacate space on High Bluff Drive and occupy Hewlett Packard's former 117,948-square-foot space. The office building totals 130,178 square feet. David Marino of Irving Hughes represented the tenant. Alex Perry, Mike Hoeck and Eric Northbrook of Cushman & Wakefield represented Hewlett Packard. The landlord is Kilroy Realty Corp. NextWave Wireless provides broadband technology solutions for handset manufacturers including Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and Verizon Wireless.
