Motorola - Maintains 4 STARS (buy)
businessweek.com

Analyst: Todd Rosenbluth

We believe Motorola is still working through handset inventory challenges this quarter, based on carrier pricing and limited component supplier visibility. As such, we are lowering our second quarter unit sales forecast to 43.5 million (16.6% global market share) from 47 million, before our view of a recovery in the second half of 2007. We are reducing our 2007 EPS estimate 5 cents to 35 cents to reflect weaker handset margins, but partially offset by strength in networks. However, with ongoing share repurchases and appealing price-to-sales and price-to-earnings multiples, our opinion is buy. We keep our 12-month target price of $22.
