Agree. This is, IMO, a primary reason why Israel is in its current situation. Wars are won by one side choosing to surrender. The current group of military leaders in the US and, perhaps the western world, doesn't seem to think that way any longer.

Unfortunately, it will probably take a couple suitcase or dirty bombs in a major population center to change that attitude toward fighting a war.

The general american public is living large and fat and less concerned about winning a war than ending one. It's the New York minute mentality thing in my view.

Many of our politicians are more concerned about their power base than protecting the sovereignty of this country. They have sold out to political correctness, diversity, globalism, environmental religion, higher taxes and bigger government as the preferred solutions.

Sadly, this type thinking exists in both political parties.
