Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) is in talks to sell its Alpha technology to Intel Corp (INTC) for more than $1.5 billion, in a pact that would settle a patent fight, the Wall Street Journal said on Monday. Digital closed Friday at 44-13/16. Intel settled at 93-5/16. WOW Greg
