Where are these vast pools of surplus money now? Stop.. the government, right? Last time I checked few people had vast pools of cash. I dream of meeting Scroogana McDuckie someday when I am delivering a pizza, who upon my ring of the doorbell, greets me clad only in feathers and beckons with a seductive quack back to her swimming pool (I guess that should be quacks me over to her duck pond ... and it is filled to the rim with greenbacks.. no I don't mean Martian Immigrants.. I mean dead presidents.. I mean reserves federal.. And she coyly winks and suggests I share a piece with her.. and go for a swim afterwards.. Just duckie... Then I snap out of it.. EC<:-}
