Voter fraud existing, doesn't mean you will get many convictions for it. Esp. since the issue has become politically hot, and laws that would help catch fraud are contested and often defeated.

Which doesn't mean I think there is as much fraud, or that the fraud is as often decisive, as many of the people who frequently complain about it do. But it is real, and isn't limited to the cases where people where caught and convicted, and it appears it may have decided the outcome of some very close races. Certainly the concern about it is quite genuine even in some of the cases where the concern might in fact be mistaken. Its not all about partisanship, and its certainly not all, or largely, about racism.
