read that in austin, texas a car bumped a child in the parking lot of an apartment complex where they were having a juneteenth party. a group started arguing with the driver and the passenger got out to help and he was beaten to death. the driver drove out without any injuries. child was fine. austin is liberal to the extreme so they have tried to downplay the juneteenth association. also have went from the men being surrounded by a group of 20 down to 3 or 4 and that the thousands at the juneteenth festival didn't have anything to do with it. statesman.com
