Most people sense this relationship and so get rid of the money by turning it into stuff thereby getting rid of the responsibility. Who you tryin' to bullshit? Most people try to get stuff because they think it will do something for them. The only thing that does something for you is a tool, but you have to do the work to make the tool deliver. Few want to do the work. You have the right to do work but you do not have the right to the fruits of your labor. Realize that and be free.
