I believe this stock price will go down both before and after the R/S. At least until we see enough revenue to pay for day-to-day operations. We aren't there yet, apparently. I also think we will see sub-penny prices right before the R/S date. There seems to be a lot of downward pressure on ACHI right now. I made the mistake of getting my boss into this stock a year ago. He mentions it to me every day. I can't wait for my annual raise discussions later this year. The statements made in the shareholder meeting minutes do not preclude management from issuing shares in the same manner they have been doing. I was going to buy more shares this week until I read about the R/S. Now I am going to wait and increase my 3 year old position with shares that will mean more after the split and at equal or close to today's prices. I see long term possibilities for share price going up IF contracts are announced. I don't see a short term upside even with contract announcements as I believe a lot of S/H 's will sell into the increase, limiting early upward price movement.

This R/S should not have been a surprise. I know I mentioned a possibility of it to this board a while ago. Gaskins e-mailed another poster saying he wouldn't be surprised by a share adjustment. Notice Gaskins is featuring ACHI much less prominently on his site than before. Basically, management ran out of shares to sell and had to R/S or go bankrupt.

This all my own opinion and is not advice. Do your own DD.
