Every few days, for the past couple weeks, I've had really uncomfortable cramping in my thumbs and, mostly, little fingers. It gets to the point where I can't type or use a pencil until the cramp goes away. I haven't been doing anything that might "tire" my hands and have no idea what is causing this. It doesn't happen in both hands at the same time, it goes back and forth.

Any ideas about what to do for it?
