7% is stil very low historically. Equities could still do well with higher int. rates if they have a real increase in Crop. profits, and not just the benefit of slashing workforce and buying back stock bs. Either way rates are going much higer and equities have already had a nice run in anticipation of inflation that is obviously here (fed knows it and continues to jawbone as a result) knowing that any action on raising st rates would cripple the masses in adj. arms on their overvalued plots.
