Thanks, MM...

I firmly believe it was prayers that kept him "ticking" until they found what was wrong and could get someone in to correct it. I sent out a quick, brief note to my prayer warriors; knowing that they would be standing there for us when we weren't standing firm. One of those warriors even stopped by the hospital to pray with him; a new experience for my father in law. Luckily, he was weak and thought he was dying at the time and was receptive...

Caregivers? Well, I am 5 mins from them; yet grandma loaded him into a car and took him to a local clinic. The local clinic refused to see him as he "didn't have the right kind of insurance". (don't get me started)
Then, she loaded him in the car, took him home and called our neice who has 3 little boys and lives 30 mins away. We were all at the ER before they were.
I'm thinking the "caregiver" needs a "caregiver".

Dad says he's not letting them fix anything. He wants to keep on keeping on and "if I die...then I die". Can't really blame him at 86..

Anyway...new week...new day...life is GREAT! "This IS the day the Lord has made, I WILL rejoice and be glad in it"!!!

Thanks for the prayers...they work!
