Steve, I saw a Fujitsu 1.7 UDMA for $148 this weekend. Never the less, my new 7 gig Diamondmax is very quiet and fast. Now I see them for $325. Never did get the Millenium II to run in that system. I hear there is a new patch on the Matrox BB. Never the less, I've lost faith in Matrox. Jim
