Lots of things are under dispute. That doesn't change the point. Whether slavery was just or not used to be under dispute, and than before that slavery was almost universally accepted.

There is a basic difference between laws against killing, or other attacks, and laws "because you don't know enough to make the correct decisions for yourself". Even if you assume that the argument for the human rights of the fetus is wrong, that only makes arguments based on it wrongheaded, not parental. And I certainly wouldn't call people who disagree with laws against abortion to be immature because they rebel against authority.
