I don't know. As I stated before I shot off some e-mails to them suggesting they were making a big mistake. Prolly never got to the higher ups. LEND is 1.13 under the buyout price of 15 so there appears to be doubt on the street anyway.
Right before they were bought, LEND did a lot of loan shufflin'. Happened real quick too. Maybe some of it was past "interesting".

If LoneStar backs out the stock prolly heads for single digits. So LEND is hoping beyond hope the deal holds and the uppers can get their parachutes.
