No, didn't know they don't have a pinks ticker, never thought about it ... but isn't that driven by brokers in the US? ... don't think the issuing company has anything to do with it on the pinks, those are considered ADRs or something, it's not a listing on an exchange ... i think you can get a company on the Venture registered for a pinks ticker just by asking your broker to do so, then you find out whether they value your business or not -g- [because it is likely a bit of extra work for them to do so]

Not sure of the above, as a canuck i don't have to deal with it ... i do know that to list on a proper exchange like the Amex a canadian-listed company has to file a 20F form, which is the size and heft of a prospectus, and then do regular filings with the SEC like any US company, which only makes sense ... but the pinks are different, no rules no reporting, they'll trade anything from outright scams to foreign blue-chips
