Today the market seemed to expect the deal to go through with the stock up .02 on high volume - 1.2 million shares. The warrant was up ..03 on high volume - 354,000 wts. Any dissatisfied stock holder has had plenty of opportunity to unload near the cash per share in trust. Why would they would want to stick around to vote against the acquisition? The delay was announced after the market closed today. Here's hoping it's nothing serious. Chuck
