SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Jazz Multimedia, Inc., an

Jammin' DVD II is compatible with all VGA cards, plays video CDs and comes

"Jazz had joined the ranks of leading multimedia hardware companies

there will be a ready supply of suitable hardware."

About DVD

The Jammin' DVD II decoder combines both MPEG-2 and AC-3 hardware decoding
with Conductor, the most complete and easy to use navigation software for the
PC.
DVD supports up to 8 different language audio tracks and 32 language
subtitles that change on-the-fly. Jammin' DVD II provides true-picture
quality and 5.1 channel Dolby digital surround sound. It plays full screen,
full motion CD and DVD as well as being backward compatible with current data
CD-ROMs, audio CDs, CD-I, MPEG-1 and Video CDs. The TV-out function of
Jammin' DVD II allows users to view a DVD movie on television or a PC while
running applications on their computer.

Features of Conductor Navigation Software

Conductor is an intuitive navigation software that allows total control
over DVD. Most navigation software allows limited control over DVD features
such as play, rewind and fast-forward. Conductor directs the usual features
and in addition allows users to view multi-angles of a scene, repeat or fast-
forward to a specific scene, view scenes frame-by-frame, select parental
control levels, choose a video mode, select desired languages and more, all by
remote.
