Well if you consider 3 things:

- How much of Bear Stearns biz is in the subprime sector (problems there are probably priced in somewhat, as it's down 20% from it's 52W high).
- Bear Stearns has much more liquidity than PBG
- PBG has had a bit of a run recently and there's some profit taking going on (a natural thing).

BSC will have less volatility than PBG. And nothing wrong is happening. If there was you'd see a much bigger drop.
