With AMTX currently trading at 18, if you apply the 1.1111 factor the merger will effect on the price of the AMTX/WSTL stock, am I incorrect in thinking I can purchase WSTL stock today at 20 by buying AMTX vs. WSTL at 21 3/8??? Thanks
