Mr. Robert Chase reports

MILLSTREAM INTERSECTS 23.75 METRES OF 3.51% COPPER & 3.44% ZINC

Millstream Mines Ltd.'s continuing diamond drill program at its Potter property continues to achieve superb drilling results. In its latest drill hole, S-07-08, returned the following great values as outlined in the table.

Hole No. From To Core length Cu Zn Co Ag
(metres) (metres) (%) (%) (%) (oz/t)
S-07-08
Interval(i) 674.25 698.00 23.75 3.51 3.44 0.042 0.62

Gold assays not included; all assays obtained from Swastika Labs, Ontario.

(i) The above interval was contained within a massive sulphide intersection
from 674.25 to 705.75 metres down hole over 31.5 metres carrying values of
2.75 per cent copper, 2.89 per cent zinc, 0.036 per cent cobalt and 0.53
ounce per ton silver.

Sample preparation and analyses for this release were conducted by Swastika Labs in Swastika, Ont., on split drill core supplied by Millstream. Standards were inserted in the sample sequences with check assays and reruns routinely conducted. Dave Gamble, PGeo, and Edward Bettiol, PEng, both consultant geologists of Millstream, are the qualified persons as described in National Instrument 43-101 for the Potter Mine project. They have reviewed this report and press release with company management.

Millstream continues drilling to further explore this potentially rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) type deposit at its Potter property. The past-producing property is host to copper-zinc-cobalt "stacked" mineralized zones located in the highly prolific Abitibi greenstone belt in the Kidd-Munro assemblage near the town of Matheson in Northeastern Ontario, Canada. It is the company's ambition to fulfill drilling requirements necessary to estimate a National Instrument 43-101-compliant resource.
