I'm sure Larry Flynt is concerned about profits first and foremost when he exercises his 1st Amendment right to publish porn. Either way, a corporation is just an entity made up of individuals, similar to that of political organizations. Said individuals can accomplish a lot more in a corporation than they can on their own. In that respect, they're not much different from political organizations, regardless of whether their goals are for profit or not for profit. Why should individuals acting on behalf of a corporation be denied free speech? Tenchusatsu
