But, those are an unorganized, ineffective mess. What's needed is a standard design, like Craig's List, that would allow you to find out who IN YOUR TOWN hires illegals.

Picture that, but as a site that identified illegal employers. Instead of lists of merchandise, you'd have categories of employment and drilling down would tell you that Jorge's Lawn Service employs illegals, so you don't want to use them.

The first thing is to get someone to fund the template and find the local volunteers to build the local sites.
