Sure. And Camp Pendleton has had improvements done to the land in terms of roads, buildings and plumbing plus its sandwiched between the OC and San Diego which are all about billions of dollars worth of improvements. If Pendleton was in the mojave desert, it would be worth peanuts. I'm afraid your premise doesn't hold water.

I was just point out that even UNIMPROVED, losing CA was a really raw deal for Mexico.

No doubt losing CA was a big deal for Mexico but look what they done with the considerable real estate they do own. Its a mess. And I've seen what the mexicanization of parts of LA looks like. It ain't pretty.

CA is probably the most valuable state in the nation. Just think of all the natural wonders to be found in that state, and in ONLY that state.

Its a valuable state because of the size of its economy.......8th largest in the world. If Latinos gain control of it, we are in serious trouble.
