It includes non profits as well as corporations but its the corporation who have the excess cash to take advantage of the change in the law.

A number of non-profits have been specifically created for political purposes, and some of them have a lot of cash. Not as much as a large corporation, but they spend it on politics, while most corporations only spend a very small portion of their revenue on politics.

Individuals lose their individuality in corporations.

No they don't.

That's why individuals are citizens of a democracy, not corporations.

What about organizations other than corporations? Like political parties? You have a problem with those as well?
