I have managed money professionally and have experiences few would believe or understand. This guy did not believe my word and now he has other thoughts. He was an idiot. Even more are idiots. I provided genuine evidence SFNN dilution was ongoing late December 2006 and beyond. Live and learn.

I was invested in this a while back and was one of the bigger advocates here and lambasted one poster for suggesting there was dilution.

I think that the recent 8K clearly shows evidence of dilution and I was wrong. Just wanted to post that for the record as I am fed up of certain companies taking other peoples money and giving nothing in return.

(the “Company”), filed a certificate of change pursuant to NRS 78.209 with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada (the “Certificate of Change”). Pursuant to the Certificate of Change the Company increased its authorized common shares from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 shares. Additionally, pursuant to the Certificate of Change, as of June 15, 2007, the number of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock was increased from 316,120,939, $0.001 par value, to 632,241,878 shares, $0.001 par value."
