The Deal - A signed Joint Venture between BioCentric Energy and Core Ventures with SSTP. To produce Cellulosic Ethanol at facilities in Mason City, Iowa and then Caruthersville, Missouri.

June 19 - the Live Demonstration and at least 2 days of Business Meetings took place at the Home Plant of USSE in Natchez, Mississippi. We now await any details that may be forthcoming.
Proposed Number of BioFuel Reactors - 4 completed Reactors being shipped to Mason City, with another 50 Reactors to be assembled by October 15. The current Plant can produce 30 Million Gallons per Year, with a new 100 Million Gallon facility to be built, so 130 Million Gallons Per year.
Timeframe - The first negotiated facilities to deliver this revolutionary solution are in Mason City, Iowa with a projected completion date of first phase by October 15, 2007 and Caruthersville, Missouri with a projected completion date of June 1, 2008. "The Mason City facility will immediately be utilized for the delivery of E-Diesel (OD-66)*. Until our Iowa facility is operational, the unique blending component generated by the Rivera Hydrolysis/Pyrolysis Solution will be manufactured in Natchez, and then shipped to Mason City to fulfill blending production requirements for over 58 million gallons per year of OD-66."
