Who sent in 200 fake voter applications mailed from El Paso to Harris County to a non-existent address in a slum area of Houston? What do you think "walking around" money is for? Bags of cash in small bills is supplied to Democratic activists in inner city neighborhoods to "get out the vote" - to pay people for votes as many times as possible.
